Notes Registered March 1940. Registered March 1940 (Kine Year Book 1941 p. 170) with Sydney Box as managing director. The company was initially based in Gloucester House, 19 Charing Cross Road but moved to 2-6 West Street WC2, London, the following year. In 1943 the company moved into offices in Guild House, Upper St. Martin's Lane. The office also housed the Film Producers' Guild of which Verity was an associate member and Gryphon Films.
