Library Synopsis

Documents the American Government's attempts to suppress information about the lethal effects of low level radiation. Paul Jacobs, filmmaker and journalist in vestigated the exposure of troops and civilians to radiation and fall-out from H bomb tests in the 1950's and the early 1960's. He continued this investigation, finding that many of those contaminated had subsequently contracted cancer, and subsequently himself pressed for recognition of government responsibility.
