VARIETY. Arthur Roberts, "the celebrated comedian" introduces the comic song "Topsey Turvey", which he says he sang thirty years before in the show "H.M.S. Iresponsible". He performs the song, which includes a long sequence where he mimes the actions of a woman undressing in a bathing machine.
