Library Synopsis
A bogus psychiatrist joins a cruise liner with loot from his gambling activities. He becomes involved with another pair of gambling crooks who suggest that he join them in their ploy to swindle a rich Italian. Rooney looses his money and discovers that the whole episode was an elaborate hoax to relieve him of his cash.
