Aims to put across the basic arguments in favour of 'combined heat and power'. Takes the form of a news broadcast, in which the news presenter introduces a series of short stories, each of which illustrates one aspect of the issue: hypothemia, unemployment, pollution, development, with an explanation of how combined heat and power works.

Video presentation which looks at fuel policies in the UK and the ignoring of needs of the old for heating, comparing these policies with those in Denmark.
