Library Synopsis

Black comedy set in Yugoslavia from 1941-1992. A group of partisans in Belgrade, hiding underground from the Nazis, are tricked into believing that the war is still going on twenty years later. In the cellar they continue to manufacture weapons, while the beneficiary of this situation becomes an important party boss.
