Second part of a six part drama about an English priest in a small Irish town.A woman from Father Clifford's Manchester parish comes to visit him which causes comment in Ballykissangel. A young homeless couple with a baby are being hounded out of the field in which they live by local wheeler-dealer Quigley and Father Clifford finds himself involved in Assumpta's attempt to compensate them to the extent of being the substitute goalie in a local football match.
