Library Synopsis

Drama about a priest in rural Ireland. Niamh has agreed to marry Ambrose but he changes his mind after narrowly missing death and thinking he has a vocation as a priest. Niamh still continues with her plans for the wedding and Father Clifford tries to disuade him from becoming a priest. Father Clifford is also trying to advise Brian Quigley who is intent on finding romance with an old flame who he asked to marry him when he was eighteen.
