Library Synopsis

Police drama. PC Quinnan gives chase to a suspected burglar on a housing estate. When he catches up with him, the suspect has dropped a holdall, but Quinnan arrests him and they step into the lift. The lift gets stuck, and Quinnan uses the opportunity to press for a confession.
