Library Synopsis

Police drama set in London. WPC Keane and PC Hollis are called to a shop where neighbours are constantly irritated by the burglar alarm going off. One irate man, Brian Dunolp, insists on complaining to a higher level. The shop owner directs police to a former employee, who admits to setting the alarm off. The shop owner is later assaulted and dies in hospital. Suspicion falls upon his neighbours.
