Drama series set in Ireland. Father Peter finds a baby on his doorstep and sets out to find the mother. He also decides to give a talk to the youth club on responsibility which is soon dubbed the "sex talk". Meanwhile Ambrose falls over in the bathroom and a new Gard, McMullen is brought in. Niamh loses the baby and is very upset especially when she hears about the abandoned baby. Brian Quigley is happy that there is a new Gard but soon he changes his mind and wants to plot the downfall of McMullen.
