Library Synopsis
Documentary. All over Britain, convicted paedophiles released into the community are being publicly identified. In addition, under new regulations convicted sex offenders have to register with the police or face imprisonment or a hefty fine. Journalist Dea Birkett tries to find out the best way to deal with people whose sexuality arouses such deep alarm.
