Villain Labbett returns from abroad to collect the money stolen from a previous robbery. However, he is spotted and Regan and his team are soon trying to track him down. His former colleague tries to help him, but matters begin to get complicated when Labbett's wife also tries to get in touch, but he has a mistress. He tries to double-cross his wife, mistress and friend - pretending the money is lost, but using it to purchase diamonds with which to escape abroad again. Regan manages to catch up with him and prevent him escaping on a private plane.
