Library Synopsis
Action. In the early 19th century, martial arts warrior Li Mu Bai prepares to end his career and so dispense with his 400 year-old legendary sword, known as Green Destiny. He passes the sword to Yu Shu Lien, a female warrior whom he secretly loves. On her way to Beijing with the sword, Yu meets a young woman, Jen, who is desperately unhappy since she is about to enter into an arranged marriage. When the sword is stolen by a masked female thief, Yu sets out to get it back.
