Sequel to the 1996 live-action adaptation of the book `The Hundred and one Dalmatians' by Dodie Smith, set in London and Paris. After a spell in prison, where she received therapy, Cruella de Vil is let out on probation, and takes over an ailing dog shelter. But the effects of the therapy are reversed and she renews her plot to make a fur coat using Dalmatian puppy pelts, aided by a French fashion designer and her manservant.
